Upon arriving at the hotel, I quickly noticed that the rooms had a musty smell and felt outdated beyond the front desk. However, the front desk promptly provided a heater when I called to address the room temperature issue. Despite the room lacking a microwave and fridge initially, they eventually brought them in upon repeated requests. The service was disappointingly unfriendly and lacked basic courtesy. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently located close to the interstate, but there were extra charges for breakfast that should have been complimentary. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited and unattended breakfast options, and a noticeable rate increase during a local event. Overall, the facilities were in a bit of disarray, overshadowing any potential positives.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby, but the smell of weird perfume in the area and the construction noise were drawbacks. The rooms were much cleaner and nicer than expected, but the ripped and torn curtain over the window was disappointing. The service was a bit hit or miss, with staff not cleaning our room for an entire week, but there were some friendly interactions. The dining options were lacking, and the added cost for a basic breakfast was not ideal.

I found the hotel to be quite nice overall. The rooms were clean, smelled nice, and the bed was comfortable. However, some service aspects left a lot to be desired; while some staff members were friendly and kept the hotel clean, others were quite rude. The location was convenient to where we needed to go, but it appeared poorly kept and outdated in some areas. The dining options were sparse, with only a few hot wok dishes available.
